The design agency RD Velho and the software development company SSF have merged in September 2019. The companies employ over 400 people in Finland and the Czech Republic and have a combined turnover of approximately EUR 30 million. The new company offers an internationally unique combination of software and product development expertise.
The new company will form a center of expertise in Finland, which will provide its customers with future-facing business solutions that integrate the physical and digital worlds, as well as providing insight and understanding of digital change, data security and advanced data analytics.

To make sure we are ready to continue our growth and expand the international operations, we are looking for a new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). You develop financial processes and support the management by leveraging your modern financial expertise. You will ensure the company's profitable growth and success in the future.
Your areas of responsibilities include:
- Financial management and continuous development of the operations.
- Group accounting, auditing.
- Liaising with the accounting firm and banks.
- Assisting in group level decisions concerning acquisitions and business decisions.
- Forecast and budgeting.
- Participating to board meetings.
You report to the CEO and you are a member of the management team.
The Successful Applicant
A true business focused Chief Financial Officer with extensive experience from working in an expert organization, handling acquisitions and working with venture capitalists.
We expect you to have a rich and modern knowledge of economics and finance and a business-oriented approach. Identify areas for improvement, analyze alternative solutions, and successfully implement selected development activities. Above all, you will have experience of internationalization and business intelligence to support the BUs and countries.
